Most, if not all, messages are making it through to Yahoo/AOL accounts again.

We will continue to monitor and report any issues if needed. You can email info@classcreator.com if you are still experiencing issues on current messages.

Although we don't recommend sending messages that most users received you may wish to send messages to some of your Yahoo.com/AOL users if the information was time sensitive.

Updated: February 21, 2024

We are seeing improvement in delivery of emails, however, some emails are still ending up in spam for those who do not have the whitelisting in place. Details on how to set up whitelisting are included in the last update below.

We continue to work with Yahoo/AOL testing all message types that originate in our system. We will continue to post updates here.

Updated: February 19, 2024

We recently began receiving reports that Yahoo.com and AOL.com emails were being delayed, sent to spam and in some cases rejected.

We are working with Yahoo directly (who manages email for Yahoo.com and AOL.com emails) to resolve this matter. We have submitted multiple examples of messages that were reported in each category type (delayed, delivered to spam folders or rejected). They are overwhelmed with reports from other providers right now and it is taking longer to receive responses from them during this time. They are aware of the matter and working with us. We have seen some improvement, however, the matter is ongoing. Please be patient while we work through this matter with them directly.

If a message is going to spam please make sure you have done the following to whitelist the sending mail domains in your email client

Whitelisting - Make sure you have added relevant addresses to your email contacts within your email client. Here is a site that contains how to whitelist/add to contacts for most major email clients:

https://clean.email/blog/email-security/how-to-whitelist-an-email

All sites should have their members whitelist (add to contacts) noreply@classcreator.net

Note that If your site is using Platinum email please make certain that you have whitelisted (added to your contacts within your email program in most cases) noreply@yourdomain.com as well as noreply@classcreator.net

I will update this post with further details as we have them. Although I can not provide a specific timeline on when this will be resolved fully I can assure you that we are working on this matter with the highest of priority and will continue to do so until it is fully resolved.

If you are an admin that has Yahoo or AOL email yourself you can email info@classcreator.com, however, if the message is simply to report Yahoo or AOL email concerns we will be directing support messages back to this location for the latest updates as it is the most efficient way to communicate with anyone experiencing this same issue.

Thank you,

Jessica
